This is a classic Plantar Fasciitis presentation. We have some unique thoughts on foot pain. Most people blame foot pain on plantar fasciitis, but there is much more happening than meets the eye!
The foot has over 25+ bones and joints and even more muscles - plus all the muscles in the lower leg attach to the foot itself. This means there could be endless reasons as to why your foot hurts.

We use Bodywork and Deep Tissue techniques to melt tight and painful areas of muscle to create flow and restore function.
We are also passionate about barefoot living. Your foot needs to be able to spread, stretch, and compress to have full range of movement. If you’re used to wearing footwear this concept might be an adjustment however with persistence, your foot will begin to change, get stronger, and you will have less pain than you ever could’ve imagined.
